Harrison is a true Texan, born and raised in Wichita Falls, TX and a graduate of Texas Christian University. After college, he spent some time hiking on the Appalachian Trail, then headed down to Central America. He stayed there for five years, learning about solidarity and community from the rural poor and vulnerable of Honduras and Nicaragua. Since returning to the US, he's been creating service and justice programming for the campus ministry office, and walking with students who seek to love deeply and live justly. On the weekends you'll find him working in his garden, or riding his bicycle around DC.
