Thanksgiving Food Drive & Sock Drive
Every November, the Office of Campus Ministry sponsors a Thanksgiving Food Drive and Sock Drive in conjunction with Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. You can help bring Thanksgiving Dinner to local families in need! Donations for the food drive will be given to the Edgewood-Brookland Family Support Collaborative. Socks will be given out during homeless food runs.
The Office of Campus Ministry will drop off donation boxes at the various Schools and Departments across campus for use during Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. Leave donations in one of these boxes or bring them to the Office of Campus Ministry. Donations for the Thanksgiving Food & Sock Drive will be accepted during the week of November 15 - 19, 2021.
Suggestions for donations for the food drive are canned fruit and vegetables, boxed potatoes, dessert mix, cornbread mix, pre-made pie crust, and turkey gravy.
